How do I become a supplier on Delfio?
To become a supplier on Delfio, you need to complete our Know Your Business (KYB) verification process. Only verified and trusted companies are allowed to join. You can sign up directly through our tender platform or contact us to get started. Once approved, you will be able to access tenders and submit offers.
How does Delfio ensure that suppliers are reliable?
Delfio ensures supplier reliability through a strict Know Your Business (KYB) process. Every supplier must pass our verification checks before joining the platform. We also continuously monitor suppliers to maintain the quality, trust, and integrity of our network.
How does Delfio handle quality control?
Delfio handles quality control by inspecting all goods upon arrival at our warehouses. We verify that products meet the agreed specifications and quality standards before approving them for delivery to the buyers. For products that are flagged with a special status in our system, we carry out additional checks to detect counterfeit goods. We use specialized X-ray equipment to ensure authenticity and protect the integrity of the supply chain.
When will I get paid after my offer is accepted?
At Delfio, we never pay in advance. However, we have developed a special process to ensure that suppliers get paid as quickly as possible. Once the goods are received and inspected at one of our warehouses, payment is made within 48 hours. This way, you can count on fast, secure payment without unnecessary delays.
Can I create my own tender?
Yes, you can easily create your own tender on Delfio. Just let us know what products you need, the quantities, delivery time, and an optional target price. If the product is not yet in our database, you can add it yourself. Once published, other buyers can also join your tender to increase the total volume and improve the chances of getting better prices.
